Maltitol、Maltitol Syrup

Derived from purified hydrogenated maltose, maltitol has a natural sweetness and good water solubility and retention, and is stable to pH changes. It can be used as a partial replacement of sucrose to control calorie intake and reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Applying maltitol syrup in frozen foods gives a more delicate texture and taste without the need of high intensity sweeteners.
It is widely used in baked foods and snacks with no or low sugar, and low calories.
